SUMMA and SssS's Birthday
Showered at 5:10 and dried up by 5:15. Ran into the car by 5:20, but ran back into the house several times due to the goosebumps on the arms because of the lack of warmth from my canvas white jacket and a bucket load of organic chemitry and calculus books. Got on the freeway by 5:35 and arrived at Ssss's by 5:48 by averaging 80mph. Gave him 3 "short" and unsymmetrical pillowcases even though he only uses one pillow. If I had known, I would have sewned a big pillow case for Mr. Puddles. Arrived at SUMMA by 7:56AM. There were a few speakers that terrifically stood out because of their passion for medicine. It was an inspiring and a humble experience to sit through a few of the student speakers. Workshops were short and informative. Lunch was soft, white chicken meat with dark, black olives, oily pasta, crouton filled salad, and dried up urine color rice. Oh, I mustn't forget the yummy perfectly baked peanut butter cookies. Tasty. The walk around Stanford, specifically the school of medicine area, during lunch time was memorable. Comforting conversations. Puzzle-perfect hand held. Cafe galores in every buildings. Strange bamboo shoots on the side of one artistic building. The archeitecture was magnificent. Some had monkey-bar poles at the top and some looked like ancient domes that have been specifically modified for modern society. I was impressed by the exquisite feeling that overcame upon me as I walked past each structure. During the shuffling of the raffle tickets, Ssss and I had inhumane thoughts about people who won prizes. Heh, no personal offenses though. The laughs were short, but were incredibly enduring throughout the day.
I blindfolded Ssss and made him walk across a parking lot full of cars. He tripped a few times over plastic nothings, no harm done. Teehee. Then I made him wait outside the restaurant until the party arrived. He was sincerely happy and filled with smiles and laughters during dinner. The fact that his friends were there with him to celebrate his birthday made such an impact on him. I could tell that he was extremely grateful for the faces that showed up. After dinner, I read a letter that I had written to him. I wasn't shy or nervous to read my letter because that was how I felt. This was what I wanted to express, whether it be in words or by voice. I hope that when I take my speech class, I'll be this confident. I'll be strong. Why? Because this is what I will want to say, and I will say it with captivating passions, with strong prononciation of some words to thoroughly emphasize my feelings for such topics. Anyways, I saw albino fish at Sss's house and I tried to "play" with them. They're white with red eyes! They are mischieveious; they like to run around when I'm not looking and be in reticence when I stare at their fragile bodies. Why am I talking about fish when I should be finding the velocity of a rock that has been thrown off a cliff at a constant acceleration?
