Foodtime

So during any food-time of the day, what do you usually do? Since I usually eat alone, I have no idea what I should be doing while I eat. There's no one to talk to, so I can't just start yapping to myself about my wonderful drive home. I can't read, because I'm trying to enjoy my meals. I can't listen to music because I'd be chewing too hard to enjoy the songs. So when it all comes down to my meals, I usually either watch tv or search for the next thing to eat. This is usually why I eat so much that I can't move. What do you do when you eat alone?
