Poooooooooooo Pooooooooo

Today I wore an orange vest and held a spiffy walkie-talkie as I roamed around Duncan Hall and MacQuarrie Hall and Sweeney Hall. I patrolled the smooth area. People all huddled together either for warmth or for comfort. The wind was light. The air was wisp. It was a perfect day for an Emergency Drill and University Police, Lieutenant Coker, picked just the right person to enjoy the coolness and to give out polite greetings to fellow patient waiters. On the other side of campus, a certain someone was hurriedly bouncing around, losing the cool, and sweating because those people on the North South East West side weren't cooperating. Isn't that a shame? Just on another side of the campus held angry and noncooperative people.

Who on your neighborhood could be the next killer?
